Moringa (Malunggay) Shanghai Rolls
Ingredients:
- 12 ½ cups ground pork
- 2 ½ cups onion
- 2 ½ cups garlic
- 10 cups carrots (cubed)
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 10 pcs. egg
- 1 ¼ cups tomato sauce
- 5 cups malunggay leaves
- 10 tsp iodized salt
- 100 pcs. lumpia wrapper
- 7 ½ cups cooking oil
- kinchay

Procedures:
- In a mixture bowl, place the ground pork, garlic, onion, carrots, flour, eggs, tomato sauce, kinchay and malunggay leaves.
- Mix the ingredients. Put salt for seasoning.
- Cut the lumpia wrappers into halves.
- Put 20 grams of the mixture in every lumpia wrapper.Seal the edges by putting water.
- Deep-fry the lumpia in cooking oil.
- Serve with vinegar or catsup.
