Let there be Light!

I know, i know it’s not summer here yet but I just want to share to you one of nature’s greatest gifts to us while it’s still not too hot for you to get out and enjoy the sun.
We humans evolved under the sun, and there are still some of us worshiping the sun even in our modern world. The human race for thousand years lived in harmony with the sun which is the source of heat and light. Sadly, over the last few years, we’ve been told NOT to get out of the sun for the fear that we might get skin cancer. A lot of medical doctors considered the sun as the main source for causing skin cancer, including cataracts and aging of our skin. However, it is the high excess of omega-6 fats in our diet that puts us in a much higher risk of developing skin cancer when exposed to TOO MUCH sun.
Did you know that what is being discovered instead is that lack of sun exposure is one of the greatest risk factors for disease? Vitamin D is the only vitamin where the main source is not from food. It’s formed when ultraviolet B light from the sun radiates on to our skin. Laboratory tests have shown that vitamin D can slow or halt the occurrence of breast and colon cancer cells. If there isn’t enough Vitamin D involved in controlling cell growth, then there’s a big chance that a malignant change will take place.
Now, I know why the Creator created the Light first before any life in our planet. Natures need the light and heat from the sun. We are also a part of nature and thus, we need sunlight for our health and well being. There’s a lot of diseases that a sunlight can help to combat or treat including asthma, acne, anemia and yes even burns! Studies revealed that a controlled amount of sunlight have a dramatic effects on patients such that it can lower high blood sugar in diabetics, decreased cholesterol, and increased white blood cells which in turn can help in resisting diseases. All of these can be prevented from the healing rays of the sun.
So go out now! Bask in the sun! Forget the sunscreen (sunblock) and receive your Vitamin D for FREE!!!

what about the ozone layer damage?
it’s us, human, who is damaging our ozone layer.
for now the Ozone layer damaged is confined in Antarctica region although there are studies that it’s spreading in other areas as well.
that’s why i mentioned the word “controlled”, meaning the window between 6AM-9AM is still very safe.
